Terms And Conditions
By booking with Silverlane you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Authorization
By submitting a reservation, you authorize Silverlane to charge your card for all confirmed services, including cancellations, no-shows, wait time, damages, cleaning fees, tolls, parking, and any additional fees incurred during service.
Reservation Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by phone.
- Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or not showing up at pickup will result in the full fare being charged..
- Morning reservations must be confirmed or canceled by 9:00 PM the evening before
Wait Time & Additional Stops
- Airport Arrivals: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. After 30 minutes, wait time is billed per minute.
- Point-to-Point Transfers: 15-minute grace period after scheduled pickup time. Afterward, wait time is billed per minute
- Stop Requests: A minimum fee of $25 per stop applies. Excessive stops may convert the trip to hourly billing (minimum 3 hours).
Damage & Cleaning Fees
- Vomiting/Sickness Cleaning Fee: $300 per incident
- Alcohol Spillage Cleaning Fee: $250 per incident
- Broken or Damaged Glassware: $50 per set
- Upholstery Tears, Rips, or Burns: $500+
- Vehicle Body Damage (e.g., door strikes): $1,500–$3,500 or actual repair cost plus lost rental time.
Zero Tolerance Policy
- No underage drinking, drug use, smoking, or possession of weapons is permitted in any vehicle.
- Violations will result in immediate service termination without refund.
- Client is responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from violations by any party member.
Passenger Conduct
Silverlane reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger poses a safety threat, exhibits disorderly conduct, uses prohibited substances, or endangers the vehicle or driver.
Privacy Policy
Lost or Left Items
Silverlane is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. If found, delivery of lost items will incur a standard trip charge plus any applicable fees.
Holiday and After-Hours Surcharges
Additional fees may apply for service on major holidays (New Year’s Eve, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) and for trips booked between 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Service Delays
We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, road closures, weather, or vehicle malfunctions.
